Mike and Christine make a wonderful team. They are both knowledgeable, patient and very responsive. Mike helped buy our dream home and then quickly staged our old home and sold it in a couple of days at the desired price before the central bank raised interest rate again. Mike is very experienced. He gave us good advice on what fixups are needed and what are not necessary. Closing our old home was a bumpy trip. The Remax realtor hired by the buyers was irresponsible and disappeared after she messed up the buyers' mortgage right before the closing date. Mike and Christine worked hard to make the realtor's manager understand the situation and step in to assist the buyers to close the deal. When the buyers asked for the 2nd extension, Mike added a clause to forfeit their deposit if the buyers don't close on the new closing date instead of asking for more deposit as that could negatively impact the buyers' ability to get mortgage. The old house was finally closed before Thanksgiving. Without Mike and Christine's help and support, I don't know how I could go through this very difficult and stressful situation which never even happened in their 20+ years of career as a realtor. I highly recommend Mike and Christine because they really take good care of their clients!!! P.S. the buyer's realtor was fired by Remax.
